All releases are played for the eight minutes allowed in trials and impressions are made from that. Note to developers: I have a backlog of games to review so I may have to be choosy on what to review or if you don’t mind a week or so delay I can review it after.

Arkedo Series – 02 SWAP! is the second game of hopefully many in the Arkedo series. This is a puzzle game where you must match four of more blocks to remove them from the game. Presentation, graphics and music are all professionally done and the game is addictive, it should come with a health warning! 🙂 The full game costs 240 :MSPoints: and more information can be found here.
Drinkards is a drinking game played with cards that instruct the players what to do. It was early morning when I tried this so only had a cuppa tea, I don’t know if this is any good as I could not be bothered to play along. For 400 :MSPoints: I hope it is good, more information can be found here.
Equitunes is a music themed puzzle game. I will be honest and say that even after watching the tutorial video I had no idea what was going on, either I am being thick (likely) or the game is just very confusing to get to grips with in a trial time limit. Ganbare Natsuki San is the latest release from one of my favourite indie devs DK Alpha. This game is a platform/puzzle game where the character must collect objects as usual, this time she has a grappling hook which can be used to reach new platforms and do some cool tricks. Another addictive game along with good graphics, was not too keen on the music this time though. The game costs 80 :MSPoints: and more information can be found here.
Halloween HD is a halloween themed screensaver type thingy. Nothing much to say apart from pressing Right Bumper pops up a scary message which probably wont make you jump now you know about it. Halloween HD costs 80 :MSPoints: and more information can be found here.
Amniotic is a twin stick shooter which follows the usual format but this time fighting against bug like creatures. Graphics are very nice and have a liquid effect, I think that sometimes it got a little confusing to see as there liquid effects got a bit too much. Primary Attack is a strategic board game for up to 3 human or CPU players in which you are a primary colour battling to secure the most territory. You do this by placing your colour next to another players colour to blend its colour with yours. It is a little confusing at first but stick with it as its quite an interesting game. Presentation and graphics are clean and look good, one to maybe check out if you enjoy board games that have a strategic element to them. Run Away is a arcade game where you must run away from the dog while avoiding obstacles by jumping or rolling. The game is in a cartoon style animation and looks really good. The intro and end sequences are very funny and had me giggling like a 5 year old 🙂 The game itself is not bad and has that one more go factor and the all important high score table to beat your mates. Very Hungry Pumpkin is a arcade game where you play as a pumpkin and must collect the sweets while avoiding enemies such as ghosts. The graphics are very nice and should be fun to play at a halloween party or something. A note to developers, I do not appreciate being forced back to the desktop after I have run out of lives, all it does is make me not want to reload your game again, stop doing it!
