Today we pay a visit to Madam Zhen’s Tent of Mystery, a fortune teller who offers tarot reading, personality tests and more. Is it worth crossing her palm with 80 pieces of silver? Read on to find out.
The Tarot reading is spread over several sections including Single Card which is recommended for use at the start of the day to give advice on the day to come. The 3 Fates reading gives advice on the past, present and future. Depending on the type of reading you choose you will be required to shuffle the tarot deck and one or more cards will be displayed on the screen for you to read. Each card will give an explanation and I guess it is up to you to interpret what it means to you.

The Mystic Portal is the next port of call and is a crystal ball. Ask a question and tap the A button to receive a answer. It is a purely random reply and there are not a great deal of possible answers as they started to repeat after several tries.
The final visit is Numerology, from here you can check love interests by entering yours and your potential partners name. It will show your compatibility from a list of ratings. The second option is a Personality test which allows you to enter your date of birth and it will then describe some positives and negatives.
The presentation and graphics are done fairly well for an application of this style. When zoomed out, the cards do look a little rough to look at, but are fine when zoomed in to full screen. There are four music tracks to listen to which all have a folk style theme, it goes fairly well with the game and are decent enough to listen to. A hidden ‘find the odd card out’ game can be found if you look around the menus a little.
Madam Zhen’s Tent of Mystery costs 80 :MSPoints:. When I review games I try to be as fair as possible, while I may not believe in fortune telling, other people do. I would only be able to recommend Madam Zhen’s Tent of Mystery to someone that is interested in such things.
