With the release date of Vanquish growing closer, SEGA has released some new footage up their upcoming FPS known as Vanquish. If you were ever curious about how Gears of War may play on steroids, watch this.
“Directed by Shinji Mikami, Vanquish is a sci-fi shooter of epic proportions. The story takes place on a vast space station in a near future world where nations war over the planet’s remaining energy resources. Players assume the role of Sam Gideon, a government agent equipped out with a futuristic battle suit. A versatile fighter with a huge arsenal of weaponry at his disposal, Sam also has an array of martial arts skills that he can use to take down his robot enemies. Vanquish is set to deliver a new sense of game-merged shooting and action in a finely balanced manner when it’s released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 19.”
