[xy_game]Gearbox Software announce that Borderlands 2 is in development.
The sequel to the popular Borderlands is currently in development by Gearbox Software and will launch on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. No release date has been confirmed apart from it will be after April 1st 2012. The sequel will feature new characters, skills, environments, enemies, weapons and equipment. Players will reveal the secrets and mysteries as they find new unexplored areas of Pandora.
Visitors to Gamescom and PAX Prime will be able to have a look at the game first hand. If you can not make either, pick up a copy of the latest Game Informer magazine for more details.
